Help identifying Diamond Reo model from picture

I drove one of these around 1979. Diamond Reo Royale , 1974 model , 318 Detroit , 13 speed ,hendrickson walking beam suspension. Nice truck back in the day. (not the actual truck , found the pic with search)

 

Always liked those. In my minds eye they are a hybrid crossover between a Kw K100 and an I-H CO9000 with a little GMC thrown in. The front face says Kw and the side view and doors say I-H. Ladder grab handles and steps say GMC. Lol!
