You can go to the base and ask the guard that waves you through where to go for where they list the new jobs for that base. I also know that most all job openings are listed on the "Office of Personal Management " or OPM and you can review that. Just beware that there's alot of companies that want to charge you a fee to look at the OPM when it's free to everyone and you'll see those on-line. Most likely you'll find the workers on the base are there to help.
