I'm from murfreesboro Tennessee, I have my class A cdl with no restrictions/no endorsements.
I worked at performance food group customized in Lebanon Tn from Sept 2018-Feb 2019.
I Drove with a teammate delivering food to restraunts, Some local some 8 hours away.
I have 2 misdemeanors on my record from sept 2016, One theft under 500 and the other is a Resist arrest. NO company not even swift is trying to accept me, Tmc, Schneider, Maverick, All fat NO'S.
Can someone point me in the right direction? I know I have options, Western express for example and Carolina Cargo.
Do I really have to work for felony companies though? Do I have any options with my experience? My Cdl again is no restrictions, No endorsements either.
Please anyone reach out and help me? Thanks.
Help me out? Class A Job.

I keep hearing dump truck companies only care that you show up for work. MBI ALWAYS has ads on Nashville Craigslist. Have you tried going back to the food service company. They might take a chance on you. They now your past performance.AlvinG Thanks this.

Hey I appreciate the detailed response, Out of all these carriers, Which ones would be your top choices if you could? Glad to know you went to school in murfreesboro.

I appreciate the food for thought, But I don't want to pour concrete or use my class A to drive class B trucks. I want the travel 50 states OTR Experience, Save up for a used Truck and an emergency repair fund, and Hit the ground owner op in 5 years, I don't really want local.
Concrete pays good, But due to inclimate Weather, it's not really consistent. No offense to anyone in that business, I just have a thirst to Get back in a Big Rig. -
It is unpredictable. But they aren't class B. And the shop I was at, dispatch played games like you can't imagine. Lots of ### kissing in the plant. Seems like lots of ### kissing everywhere now a days.dwells40 Thanks this.
