Help Me Please!!

I'm curious about Penske.. I wonder if that's a site policy. I talked to a local Penske here in Denver back about Christmas time - long before I had a CDL, and they'd have rented me a truck.

Why they need you to rent a truck for CDL test? Is that school doesn't have their own truck to used on their trainees?
