The little Honda 2000U generator is the answer. You are going to need 120 occasionally for other things, and if you are boondocking it is an excellent backup device should you run your batteries down. Quiet, tie it down on a little hitch mount behind the van.

There is a set of two inch thick copper wires 5 feet long attached to a metal box on the side of my home. That goes to a power pole pushing upwards of 7000 volts and around god only knows how many amps.

The box main is 200 amps. My home with everything on will pull or used to pull between 90 to 110 amps. It's humming.

Your little vehicle wiring will burst into flame at that kind of power.

Now Im not here to pick on you and I wont.

We used a 3000+ watt 120 volt inverter on our tractor to feed a standard 10 dollar Mr Coffee Pot and it was wired directly to 4 of our batteries and supported by a 190 amp alternator in our Century at 15 volts. No coffee trouble. The wiring to the inverter from the batteries were almost 3/4 inch thick stranded copper installed by freightliner in Armarillo for a few hundred dollars labor.

It permanently solved the 5.00 coffee pricing in the truckstops or starbucks etc.
