Thank you so much for the pdf link, here I will try to upload you some pics from the previous codes when it first started showing this problem. intermittent first with days in interval before showed again, until it was constant as soon as I turned the ignition on, then all injectors were replaced then started showing different message or codes which are the last pics uploaded here, and they will come on after driving sometimes for a few minutes or couple of hours, still same problem after injectors, alternator and ECM were replaced, going crazy here, unfortunately I know nothing about mechanical repairs, and believe it or not this truck has swallowed almost $20,000 in repairs, all my money is gone now, which took me to believe the dealers instead of fixing this truck they have created more and overcharged me dearly, but I'm still have a little hope that we can finally fix it specially with the help of people like you guys that without any reward have put their time and knowledge in trying to help me and again I thank you all for that.![]()

OK the valve cover needs to be taken off. Use a T25 torx and remove the injector harness off the injectors. Measure pins 3&4 needle circuit on the injector and it should be 2.0 ohms or less. If it reads OL for example the injector has internally failed. I also recommend having both injector harnesses replaced while you're there. If they were replaced with reman injectors theres a big possibility for them to have failed. Also make sure the mechanic calibrates the injector codes into the MCM using diagnostic link. There was a recent service bulletin put out for these fault codes occurring on EPA10 DD engines with a new reman MCM 2.0 that may fix the issue. I'm trying my hardest to help over the web If you were in southern california I would of just met up with you and plugged in my laptop to pin point the issues in depth. Here is the service bulletin http://ddcsn-ddc.freightliner.com/cps/rde/xbcr/ddcsn/15TS16.pdf

Both the front and rear injector harness, the connectors that pass thru the rocker box leaks oil in to the plug , shorting out the harness .
