Help Newbie with USA vs. PAM

    That is the only major complaint I have about PAM. I do wish I'd gone to a company with manual transmissions. The first company I went to after my 2 years with PAM made me take two road tests to make sure that I could indeed drive a manual. It was embarrassing to say the least.

    Having stayed in touch with some of those in my CDL class I would say U.S.A. is the better of the 2 for someone with 3 younguns at the house. Honestly all the stuff above is true with almost all companies at one time or the other, thats just the business in general. I agree benefits are important but what good are benes if nobody is eating because of the lack of miles. Those that went with U.S.A. are averaging 2500+ and PAM only 1800 range. None of them really strike me as the type to be ones to turn down loads. Good luck whatever you decide
