Help. No experience, no CDL

We would need combined household income of 180k to afford a home in Las Vegas. If I get a 100k trucking job in year 2-3 my folks would just need a 40k a year job each and we would easily live amazing in Nevada

 

What type work does your family do?
I know two women in Las Vegas that each made over $100K in the culinary and hotel housekeeping workforce. I saw their income tax filings, so that's how I know how much they made. No taxes on tips get the pay up there in Nevada. Those are union jobs as most are in the hospitality and casino business.

Yeah just need 20/hr for basically any job and would have no problem living an insanely amazing life

 

Your Dad might get a job in one of the truckstops in Las Vegas or Reno, if he doesn't want to work in the hospitality or other jobs connected to the casino business.

 

How’s Las Vegas housing market doing is it correcting like everywhere else in the country

 

My mom is willing to do cleaning and housekeeping work if she gets that job

 

Slowly getting better.
Thousands of new homes to be built and construction has already started. These are single family homes.
