    I can stand next to my running reefer and talk to people on my blue parrot. I couldn't do that wit a plantronics.

    I had more issues with the xt than the xt+ model I am currently using.

    Ive tried a couple and havent been terribly pleased--and will freely admit--I am NOT much of a techie--I notice(@the truckstops)a couple of kinds(models)of Blue Parrot--could you tell me which one you are using that works that well-Thanx

    Had the plantronics voyager. I hated it.

    The blue parrot B250 XT. It was ok, but had issues hearing with it.

    Got the XT+ and have had great use with it.

    Hey, thanks for all the info. He thought a Cobra would be good, but he tried the contraption and was not too happy with it. He does have a fairly decent Samsung Smart phone and it can pretty much pair with about anything.
