If you're getting these faults on your touch screen, press each fault to open another screen that will tell you the FMI's. As it stands, all I can tell you is pretty general.
SPN 3251 - DPF Soot Load
SPN 94 - Fuel Pressure
SPN 5442 - Fuel Rail Pressure
Have you changed fuel filters recently, ran low on fuel, or fueled recently where you may have gotten bad fuel? With active fuel pressure faults, it may not be able to do an active regen, causing a high soot load. That's just a guess, FMI's will tell me more.Pamela1990 Thanks this. -
That's very useful if you have a code reader that tells you the OBDII faults. Unfortunately Paccars SmartNav system is retarded and converts it to J1939 and only shows SA's, SPN's and FMI's. And the driver information display is a pro at saying "connect service tool" and nothing more.
I do have most of the conversions in a spread sheet, they don't allow Excel attachments here, so I uploaded them here:

GrapeApe I know this is a pretty old post but hoping you might be able to help me out, I have a 2015 KW T680 w/MX13 EPA13, change out my engine mounted fuel filter and now I'm getting SPN-94 FMI-1 and randomly getting SPN-94 FMI-18 at idle if i idle it up to 1200+ Rpm the code go away after about a min but come back once i idle back down. Thanks
