Help please corrupt software on Rand Mcnally 510

    What I would is try for the software update, run a d/r , then immediately check for another software update which should say none available, turn unit off for 12 to 24 hrs then repeat, do a d/r first on upon return. I fist did this when on a restart, then check when posible, the attempts on the restart found and corrected the corrupt filies.

    It won't allow me to update it says starting up wince but won't go past that screen

    Wince requires a firmware update. Dock will not fix.

    I have asked the Mod's to close this thread as you have E-Mailed me and posted in several threads already.

    Can any one help that has a receipt showing the purchase of this GPS with in the last year, I need to send it in because they not able to fix it remotely but the won't do anything with out it please help
