HELP please!Newbie needs second chance company

    Hello everyone,I went through Maverick driving academy got my CDL on 12 2019.and went solo haul glass for them , last couple weeks I got 3 minor accidents. All of them were ripped the tarp trailer when I drop trailer at company drop yard.they decided to terminate me. I got clean MVR ,no sure what maverick will put on my DAC.i have try schenider TMC Melton, told them what happened,the answer always can’t take me now unless I can get another 6 mos experience. I live in Philadelphia pa .is there any company will give me a chance? Thanks for help

    Stop saying you've had 3 accidents. It looks as if you're crashing into loaded school buses.
    You were fired because you ripped some tarps; not because you crashed your truck through an orphanage.
    Tell potential employers you were fired for ripping tarps by mistake.

    They all ask why I was terminated by maverick,I thought tell the truth get hired better than they find out what happened then fire me again

    Yes, tell the truth, but don't use the word "accident."

    Ok explain the 'accidents' ...you tore the tarps while tarping?? While in transit?? That makes no sense ...did you do something else related to the tarps?
