In another thread, you have stated that you will not have cab money to switch trucks to a new job, HOW do you intend to fight the ticket, are you expecting your company to route you to where ever it is for the court date. Get a lawyer and let them do it for you, no need to go yourself, but then again, it will not be free or even cheap ,most likely.

I Always call the lawyers the same day I get the ticket .
Most of them have a flat 75 to 150 dollar flat fee and I have had over 110 tickets in 11 states no points no insurance problems . The only problem is that when you check my MRV record there's a lot of court records like 20 pages but not guilty.
It's sad but it's all about the benjamins ( the $100 dollar Bill's)

Me thinks a guy might need to change his eating habits. lol
Is there really any megas otr jobs that do not average at least 2 or 3 hundred a week? I just can't imagine one, having any drivers at all if that is the case.truckdriver31, D.Tibbitt, LoSt_AgAiN and 1 other person Thank this. -
Depends on the finances.
