Help Please

Is Swift one of those companies that put drivers with only 6 months experience in as trainers?

 

I have heard that. I have read somewhere is this forum that a guy was asked to be a trainer for SWIFT and he was shocked because he only was with the company was about 6 months.
I also heard an experience to where a trainee asked his trainer, "How long have you been with the company?" His response, "I went through their school about 8 months ago."I have heard that some of their trainers are not very experienced, but you have to take that with a grain of salt. I personally never met any nor seen any.

 

You write them for a copy of the report.

Then you are free to add your side of the issue to the report.

If it's a simple, "bent the fairing during training"...don't sweat it. You will find a job.

You'll notice that USA Truck doesn't have fairings (except on the new internationals) Ever ask why?
