I really need an attorney. I don’t even know what kind of attorney to look for. Can you give me any ideas?

I am having an issues with Volvo Corporation. I custom ordered a tractor from Volvo in March of 2016. It was a brand new 2017 tractor. The engine blew at 37,000 miles, Volvo replaced the engine and I went on my way. Within 2 months it blew the second engine. The truck blew 2 engines under 50,000 miles. Not my fault. I even paid $12,000.00 for extended warranties. I am frustrated and angry and I only have so much time to fine an attorney. Can somebody please help or recommend an attorney to me. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Manufacture and finance company (even if it's Volvo) are two separate entities, you're gonna pay the balance or make an arrangement to pay.

We did finance through Volvo, but they sold the truck within weeks of them repossessing it. They sold it for $65,000.00. I don’t understand why they are coming after me when it was their engines that blew twice.

They'll just send it to collection.
If you own a home they'll put a Lien on it.
If your broke like most truckers just laugh..after 7 years they cant collect ####.
Don't lose sleep over it.

because you owe them the difference in what was owed and what it sold for. It was not Volvo finance truck, they just financed it, your beef is with Volvo truck.
