The OP just started driving when you got your license (age wise), then as he put it... "been driving Over 10 yrs many expensive tickets and procrastination prolonged me from getting license" It sounds like you were the more responsible of the two. So no, I don't think I would have a problem with you driving near me. Or do you have a similar story as the OP that you are not telling?

I lived in Portland for a few years and didn’t drive because public transportation was cheap and efficient. A couple of companies turned me down because it hadn’t been 2-3 years since I went and got my license that had been long expired renewed. Swift said yes though and I’m doing aight now.
Roehl wanted me to hold a regular driving license at least 2 yrs I’ve only had the valid license a few months
