I know this won't be a popular stance in our current political climate of eternal forgiveness, but some people shouldn't be driving a truck.
Given how the OP was operating before school there's no reason to think he/she is going to change once this person gets a CDL. -

Your right but will I still be able to get my cdl?
-
Yes, you'll be able to get your CDL if you pass the written and road test. The rollover accident has nothing to do with it.
However, be really nice to your boss, suck up every chance you get and keep that job. With the record you are about to have any other company that is insured will look at your CDL as TP.

Have a lawyer present your case would be the best way to put this behind you. Judge should let it slide since you are now trying to acquire CDL. Not having one when accident happened is bonus in a way, does not affect CDL.
Its not the prerogative of every judge to ruin a persons livelihood over a minor oversight. I would think the company would be more liable to prosecution.Lepton1 Thanks this. -
Can't believe his boss..hired him without a cdl in the first place
-
Driving without a CDL is really stupid as you found out.
And rolling a big truck is a cardinal offense actually.
Now the Court is all over you? School at this point is a waste of money. You will need it to pay the court fines and whatever else they hand down.
As far as going postal in some other work, that leans towards mental health a little bit, you don't want to be talking about that sort of stuff here.
Im not your opponet. But a mess this bad will cost you hireability for a while even if you managed to get a CDL, you are already branded for a long time. It might be years.
You will get all this cleaned up in time someday. And be driving again. It will be a while.Dumdriver Thanks this. -
As a business owner, I wouldn't touch you. I don't mean that in an abrasive way. I also question the fact that you are still employed by that particular company. I'm going to assume the company is rogue. Thing of it is, they have to insure you, run your driving record, give your info to their insurance company, etc. Are you being paid in cash? Strange.
