Help securement: am I doing this right?

    This is how I use them. Strap goes under the bar on top and through the middle of the three turning bars. Take out all the slack you can then tighten. Roll up the rest of the strap tail and secure with bungees.

    Ok mine dont have that ear on the top. I put mine in from bottom and put a pin in. Now the pins only purpose is to hold it there when not in use. When you winch it down it actually pulls the winch up into the pocket fully engaging in pocket. Then you dont have to worry about a moving them for a forklift to side unload. Not a good pic, but here are mine. Dont recall were I bought one, but I made the rest.
