A dispatcher did that. Possibly even OP's dispatcher. The reasoning was, "Why let the DreamTeam sit, when we can let a solo sit?" Not much of a dream team when they didnt catch the weight BEFORE getting to the scales. You can feel it when the trailer is heavy...you get more of that tail wagging the dog feeling.

Yes sir! 35,120 is what their scale read. I was surprised as well. Officer Valdez was not a happy camper either, but he realized that it truely was someone else's problem that was handed to me.
