Good to hear you're up and rolling. Good luck with the Sioux city deal!

Well, we are not up and rolling just yet. We are staying over and trying to decide whether we should wait it out until Thursday when the owner comes back and lets us know what if any responsibility he is willing to take. We are concerned that if we pay the bill, we will have no leverage and be stuck with one option. Lawsuit.

Don't waste your time waiting. This dealer could care less how long you set or if you go broke. Your issue is with the first dealer not this one.

I was thinking the same thing. The owners probably at home thinking it over and making a plan of avoidance. They commonly play that going out of town card to put you off. Now would be a good time to start a lawsuit, then he'll take you serious and you'll get something done with the deal. In the mean time you can be truckin it up!

If he turns out to be Mr congenial you can get the lawsuit dismissed.

Bridgett, I doubt youll satisfaction from any one on this. I have seen this kind of stuff played out one too many times. Save your blood pressure, and just let it go. But hey, if you do decide to get a lawyer on this deal. Let us know how it goes. I would LOVE to see jerks like these guys taken to court. I know any decent judge will have them squirm, but it just takes so much time to go down that road. Its time most of us dont have.

I absolutely refuse to let anybody remove the fill plugs on my diffs. I have paid for my absolute "last" quart of invisible diff oil. Its the oldest scam going.

Glad to hear you guys are rolling again, that's always a scary situation when you gotta pay a bill that big.

Whether or not they will help you on the bill may very well be decided if they are the same franchise as the last KW dealer...say MHC...if they're not don't hold your breath.

Also don't tell anyone about the temp gauge not working.

Keep all your damaged parts for future reference. It's important that everyone involved knows that you have them. They are your ammo if you have them or your weakest link if you don't. They will most likely never be seen, but it's important for them to know that you have them in your possession.

Like i said before ask Souix City to have their KW Factory rep. call you and tell him what has happened. It's not going to be a magic bullet, but he will build a fire under Souix Citys you know what. The owner will just stall you. The Rep. will get to the bottom of things. Usually they won't get you 100%,but they will normally get you something. Or you could call KW direct and ask that Souix Citys Rep. call you. Believe me it will help and it's only a phone call.
