Why would you want to start with your pre-trip and everything, if you only have 3 hrs to go? Then you'll have to look for a good place to stay and take you 10 hr break, after only 3 hrs of working? I don't see the advantage here.

Ah. and planning 700+ miles in 11 hrs sounds fishy to me too! :biggrin_2551: Just talking!

I'm a noob, but I have done both, "over-reset", and driven off the recap. Driving of the recap 8 days a week, without having a proper break stinks, in my opinion, you won't get far driving up to 8 hrs a day, and you'll have to do all your inspections, every day anyway.
If I could take the 34 hrs reset at home, I'd do that before anything else. If I'm out in nowhere, I'd drive of the recap, just to get the load there, and take a break in a better place.

Haha, I don't need 20+ years of trucking experience to see what the better choice is here! :biggrin_2551: Just talking

    Lame and offensive.
Or maybe you'd like someone to comment about your mom like that.

By the way, answer to your question was covered in W/S school. Maybe you were too busy making comments about rookie female truck drivers the day they covered it.

Bet they love you put a photo of THEIR truck on your drivel. I'm sure the women in recruiting will be proud of their work and of you on a public forum.
