I would have him look at Werner; they seem to have some very flexible policies. Like everyone said, just have him focus on eating right, lots of water and get some walking in his routine. If this past company will verify his employment and the type of equipment used, he may have a shot over there if he lowers his BS. Most of the other training companies will require some form of schooling with minimum amount of hours behind the wheel and classroom.
