Probably has 11R24.5 tires on stud centered Budd wheels and no Q (quick) style brakes. You have to drive the anchors out the the spider to get the brake shoes off. I drove a brand new 1979 IHC 4070A Transtar and it had A/C. No air to air cooler from the turbo to the intake manifold. Fuel mileage was in the middle 4's
