My 86 has factory air power windows, power steering, air leaf, ice cold a/c, manual slack adjusters, air wipers and double nut Budds. Cab and bunk are on rubber not air but i think theyll be fine. It sounds like that corvette dash will cover up alot of imperfections

Nov.'78 I ordered a new 359 for a transfer dump, took delivery in May '79. Man, I was walking tall then! 8V92, 12513, DS400's, pwr steering, AC, and all alum wheels. Matched it with a new set of Likens boxes on a Fruehauf trailer.

Will have to do something different. These guys won't take older trucks.

Be a bit of wrangling to shine her up like a new penny. But you know thats the fun part. :)

Expect to encounter some rather inappropriate comments on the road. You know how some guys are, I'm afraid.

Not sure on a buncha things. Its still sight unseen. But when I get out there I'ma take a ton of before pics for you guys. And I'll have better specs and tons more info.

My brother in law is an old school gear head. He got her on a buddy deal from a local trucking company for 6k. I imagine it's gonna need a ton of love to set her right. It runs fine but it needs cosmetics, new hoses, belts... blah blah. Got good rubber and brakes and was working up until the owner passed earlier this year. Sounds like the outer fender wells might need work. Lucky for us he doesn't have a cdl or I'd prolly never step foot in it. :)
