I start my CDL training in September to obtain my license BUT I recently received ‘Driving while license suspended rev… ‘ charge on my driving record. I tried looking up the answer but getting different answers. So my question is… Will this stop me from being able to obtain my CDL license. I really hope not as I’ve put a lot physically emotionally and financially into starting this as my career. Also if it matters I live in FL.
Help! Will this stop me ?

I wouldn't worry about getting a cdl. That won't be the problem.
The problem will be getting hired.tscottme, slow.rider, Puppage and 1 other person Thank this. -
If your operator's license has been "suspended or revoked", then you cannot upgrade to a CDL. You must first resolve the suspension before you can start the CDL process.
tscottme and Cattleman84 Thank this. -
Depending on the circumstances for the suspension, you could have some problems getting hired by a nanny company.tscottme Thanks this. -
If it was suspended for lack of payment you’ll be fine. if for points or DUI then you’re probably out
tscottme Thanks this. -
You will need to get your license straightened out before you will be able to get you CDL, pending why you license is suspended is what will happen for getting hired
