    Depends. One or both of your employers may be expecting you to have a full 70 to run and not have to compete with another company for your HOS time. Company 'A' will not be too happy if you can't get a load covered for them because the load time is during your 10 hour break from driving for company 'B'...

    No, Danny and I parted ways last month. My previous employer Steve still had my old Pete waiting for me, so I'm back with him. He's quite thrilled to have me back. He went through three drivers in that two months.

    I considered posting something. Since i had been open and honest about the experimental nature of what we were trying. In a nutshell, it didn't work out and I suppose I have to accept responsibility for that. Since it was my idea and plan after all.

    You wouldn't lease your truck to the tanker company, as that would be an insurance fiasco. Your boss could approach them for any extra work they have on a power only basis, but it would depend on their customers allowing it, as well as you guys having the proper insurance and authority (ie Hazmat). During slow times, it might be better to have a flat or two to move some stuff.
