    Milwaukee hasn't made a good buffer/grinder in 20 years. all plastic internals now.

    Pretty much what I have. You know when you've been hang'n on to that thing for a few hours straight.
    btw....I have an extra handle if you want one. That has to be a biotch on the hand:biggrin_25525:

    that's a bigger handle then all the other grinders I have. that's like a 5/8" bolt.

    I don't even know what kind of grinder it is but it's an old commercial unit. I bought an ex mobile welding truck a few years ago and it was in the side box. it weighs abot 30 lbs so ya, it will wear you out. it will also eat you alive if you're not carefull

    Unscrew that (handle) place a length of heater hose on it ...Re -install !

    Now if you really want a good finish, rip everything down with a DA. I sand the tanks, boxes and the dish of the drive wheels to get rid of road rash.
    Then two cuts, hand polish and wax:yes2557:
