ur correct! this country depends on drivers to break the laws constantly! if we didn't, this whole system would collapse very quickly! They seem to say, "don't run illegal" but then set impossible time schedules, force us to wait without pay, force us to pay to unload their garbage, force us to leave as soon as we are empty whether we have hours or not. And then if we get caught, we are the problem!!!

    Interesting take on it.

Break the law or every thing falls apart.

I may have to rethink this whole thing about becoming a professional driver.

Good to hear from you dolly! My ride is black now. Still flat bedding. Been here a little over a month and have had to tarp 3 loads I think. I get home at night and weekends. Have only slept in the sleeper twice. Every now and then I get too far out to get back. You still on that dedicated I seen you with last time?

Okay, if you can afford it. I hear some fines are astronomical.

My friend feels the same as you.

However, he had an accident 2 years ago. It is still not clear who was at fault.

The attorney contacted for logs, none available. Over 6 months in time.

He called for the cell phone records. My friend will be in big trouble here. He was showing off duty while the phone was moving.

When you park and wait there's thousands of fresh CDL holders that will jump at the chance to run for $.22 a mile .
