Help with DAC

WHAT IS IT YOU WANT TO HEAR? If you want to fix your DAC/Hireright do as suggested. If that seems too difficult, then do nothing and find work w/ smaller companies that don't use Hireright.

Step up, buttercup. It's your life. Take control of it.

 

OK, so now we know at least one of the items they reported is true. You only real option is to get your free copy of what is on your report and dispute the ones you know are not true.

What else did you expect to be told by posting on here? Did you think someone here could hack in and remove your information from Hireright’s database?

I guess you could hire an attorney and see if they can get it removed but I would certainly try the depute form provided first before spending money on an attorney. There have been individuals that had items reported on their DAC that were true and they used the time it takes for a depute to be processed to get a job as Hireright will not report items in dispute.

 

Read posts number 5 and 7 and do as instructed. OR..... Get a lawyer with knowledge of the transportation industry and see what he/she can do.
