You are researching answers now, right? For the life of me, I cannot understand how someone find this site AFTER signing with England. Oh yeah, the recruiter that came to your school. Sunshine injection in the arse, and people will sell their soul to England.

England is the trucking industry's Chester Molester. People get offered candy and koolaid and a fun time in the kiddie pool. They they come back outside, feeling violated and ask the bigger kids what went wrong.

Can someone post that CREngland rap video for Mr Brandon?

On a serious note, Mr Brandon is saying that no one will hire him because of what England did to his DAC. Who is "no one"? Another bottom feeder? Have you tried the smaller companies in your area? DAC doesnt matter to them, the MVR does. If your MVR is clean, someone will offer you a driving gig.

I have been looking at smaller companies. I don't want to be just a number to someone. That and I want a company that actually cares about their drivers

Okay, now that's a bit foreign to me. I never was one for winning popularity contests with deskjockeys. I was always in it for the money.

the o/p is correct. the dispute pretty much only gives the person a chance to "clear up some issues", but many times still an employer may not even want to read the dispute after he/she reads the bad stuff first.

the people at DAC/Hire Right, are suppose to contact the employer for another explanation of the bad DAC, once a dispute is accepted, whether or not the company changes things for the better or not, i cannot say, i think it is hit or miss either way.

there isn't really a solid way to remove the bad information, unless the company goes out of business, as this is how i got some stuff removed over the years. the company may still remain on the DAC, but most if not all information regarding the driver is removed, at least again, this is what has happened to me.

several companies i have worked for are out of business. they still list those names on my over-all DAC, but no other information, regarding my time with them.

other than a lawyer experienced in handling DAC mis-information or a company that had advertised as former DAC employee's may be able to remove bad information.

Brandon, where are you from? It is easier to give you info on companies if we know that.

No company cares about their drivers; a driver is only one tool in the trucking companies tool box and nothing more;same as a hookers smile.
Right now the size of a company should be your least concern. What difference does it make anyway as long as your paycheck is correct.
    Try these:
    USA Truck
    Carolina Cargo
    Paschall Truck Lines
These companies sometimes give drivers a second chance.
