No. The chirp is either the belt, or the brake material on the fan clutch.

so, re-ran overhead and everything was in spec. Test drove and once water is warm the chirp comes into play when jaking on high after a few seconds. I am beginning to think it’s the fan solenoid chirping? Does jake run fan on high?

The fan stat should exhaust air to engage the fan. If the noise is related to the fan it might be the belt or the clutch in the hub.

I put a brand new Kit Masters Gold Top fan clutch in it when I ran overhead.
I think this thing squeals louder than the original one. Was hoping squeal was coming from air solenoid on firewall.
