Good morning. My boss just bought a trailer from a guy over in Georgia. It is a 2020 40' Diamond C fmax212 with a Ridewell front lift axle and air suspension. I'm going to go pick it up next week, but I wanted to make sure I understood how to run the lift axle.

Is it as easy as kicking the compressors on and go ahead and lift the front axle and go when empty?

Are you supposed to lift the front axle when back into a spot, even if loaded?

Is there a way to dump the air to both axles to load lowered down?

Are there any other adjustments in ride height? Or is it all or nothing? You are either running with the lift axle all the way up or all the way down?

    Appreciate any info! Thanks.

It's new so it should have an operators manual with it ,or at least instruction decals.
I ran a different model,3 axle tlit deck with a lift axle.It had a pressure gauge, adjustment valve, and load chart. You would set the air pressure according to the weight you put the trailer, then check axle weights on a scale.

Diamond C are top of the line trailers. So I know the Operators manual will be included with the pick up. But no dont lift the axle while loaded just to back up.
