Help with violations. “OPERATE VEHICLE WHILE TEXTING"

Trying to impress everyone that he is right and the cop was a POS

 

my phone dropped behind my brake pedal, and right as this pos az state trooper

 

It’s time to lawyer up! A good lawyer can make it look like he was harassing you. I was in the 3rd lane and then it turned into the 2nd lane and the other drivers wouldn’t let me in to the right lane and the CHP officer still sited me for being in the wrong lane. So I lawyered up and won the case. But California still haven’t sent my $280 fine back to me yet. They’re all crooks!!! He also told me that since I’m a truck driver, I should know the laws and all the states

 

Impress everyone with what? A citation? Lol I didn't get the vibe that he was posturing. He may have tried to explain himself. He doesn't agree with the trooper's viewpoint, but so what? He's entitled to disagree with the troopers. It's a moot point, because the citation was written. Maybe he wanted more of a conversation as opposed to the lectures that some of you offer every time someone fouls up. I mean, some guys on here sound like someone's daddy every time a driver has a hiccup out here. Somewhere along the way, it's forgotten that they are grown men who really don't have to listen to these fellas' lectures. Maybe since he didn't want to hear all the chastising and admonising, it's rubbed some guys the wrong way. I don't know. Just some observations from afar. Nonetheless, I'd say he's got what he needs to try and fight these violations.
