I am right because I've been through this before with the court. I know what is and isn't legal. You just needed to go get your license taken care of when you had the implants.

A corrective lens means you go to an opthalmologist or optometrist and go through an exam, then he hands you a prescription, and then you get the corrective lens.

This is the law in every state.

Going to Loves, pulling some glasses off the rack, and then claiming that they fulfill the law's requirements for corrective lenses is ... stupid.

If you get into an accident and there is any hint that you have a vision impairment, especially when they see you already got tagged for it, you will lose more than just your CDL.

 

Or it was the usual false claim of racism that shows up instantly when someone gets caught.
