Help with Weight limits

Need to know your lowest rated part, 80000 lb trailer rating does no good with 4 4000 lb rated tires.

 

There are some DOT's that know how to read the door tag, sure. I've met some. But lots don't. If they did, you sure wouldn't see any dually pickups dragging those 5car mini's any longer..

If I had called a 1ton a 2.5ton, no one would know what the heck I was talking about.. Nomenclature.. Just the way we like talking down here in the po-dunk swamp lands..

 

I got that but you guys down there know more about pickup trucks than most up here, it is a status symbol and nothing more and they don't care what it hauls as long as it looks big and mean. Nothing funnier than a couple in their 80's trying to climb into their ford raptor in a handicap spot and then take off hitting a few carts or another car without even knowing it.

 

LoL. Gotta have me a good powerful pickem'up truck to haul the rascal around too..

(for anyone wondering, a Rascal was or maybe still is a brand of electric scooter for old or handicapped people)
