How do you get your ticket number to reweigh?Oxbow and DDlighttruck Thank this.

Use the phone app. You can see your weight and pay for it right on your phone. No need to go inside any longer. Stop short, see the weights, pay for weigh, then pull up and reweigh.snowman_w900, Oxbow, MJ1657 and 1 other person Thank this.

I had the app and never could get it to work right, the people inside have to do something and they could never figure it out. Maybe I'll try again.snowman_w900, Razororange, Oxbow and 1 other person Thank this.

I delta with this a lot until I just gave up. Not enough drivers get a split axle weigh for the cashiers to remember it and most don't even get trained period.
The best luck I ever had was having a manager make photo copies of the relevant pages in their instructions and I would hand carry them in and then weigh. Even then sometimes it didn't work.
Next option if during the day you get the store manager to do it. They typically know how to do it or at least have the customer service skills to follow through and figure it out.
Third option like said above is the store can call cat and have it explained to them.
Fourth option which I have no experience with is call cat while on the scale. The location number I believe is on the box. Cat apparently has the ability to take over the scale and weigh you. Then you go in and get your ticket like normal.
Fifth option which I've used is to do a normal weigh and go get the ticket. Tell the cashier you're going to reweigh and pull on the scale backwards. Then pull on backwards with axle 5 on pad 1, axle 4 on pad 2, and the rest of your axles on pad 3.snowman_w900, DDlighttruck, Razororange and 2 others Thank this. -
One thing that gets overloked is that CATscale will not guarantee the weight if you don't use the system they have.
Seems to be easy for the operator. The control box they have inside has a choice, all they have to do is press the split button, and follow the steps.Razororange and johndeere4020 Thank this.
