Here is another thing. You can build a truck and trailer to hold more heavy loads if needed. That's what my company did.
We can haul more stuff then most people want to ship in a trailer. We can hold 49,500 lbs but most only ship 43,000 lbs.
Plus different trick and trailer weight different, so some can only hold 43,000 lbs and some can hold 46,000 lbs. I don't see how any app could figure that out. Plus the pallets of stuff can weigh more or less then the paperwork says.
That's why in USA most load 43,000 lbs maybe 45,000 lbs if you have a truck and trailer that can hold that much. Then you just slide the trailer wheels get the weight legal to drive down the road.
