I have the very exact thing happened several times. How many times have I called the state police to report a DUI going down the road or report a very unsafe vehicle, then follow the same for a 100 miles without witnessing any type of law enforcement. Needless to say, I have given up on making phone calls or even sending emails, unless I am personally involved, then I become a "thorn in their side".

You can't screw a guy out of his paycheck
When he lives 10 minutes away.
He'll be in your office every day.

Whole lot easier to steal a drivers money when
    He's a thousand miles away.
Just keep giving him the run around on the phone.
These companies have perfected this stuff.

Yeah, you got that right This company is a joke. I worked for superior for 2 years which was a great company before Heniff bought us out. and ever since then this company as gone down the crapper. They have been screwing me on pay and expected me to do all this extra stuff including training and not getting paid for it. And yes, I have talked to my manager, and he said that is how it is here, and they are paying now. I have been putting in around 50 plus hours every week and my paycheck is barley $ 500 is what I have been averaging. I be better off going to flip burgers then if that is all I'm worth. I am done with this company and plan on putting in my notice. and the equipment is a joke I was in Canada driving the Peterbuilt trucks with that migration control crap and I was in the snow and the #### thing decide to just lock brakes up almost caused me to wreak into a ditch. and all the company said was all well that what you have to drive we have to get revenue on those trucks. The list goes on on with the issue I Have with this company. And the funny thing is out of my terminal there only 2 of us drivers left everyone has been quitting. And it has been a year at least since we have hired anyone, and they end up quitting not long after they were hired. I also know my other driver is talking about quitting as well. So, I guess will see then how the company handles having no drivers out here doing the local dedicated and reginal runs and occasional OTR. there is no other terminal even near us either.

YES SO, THIS COMPANY IS NO GOOD!!!!!!!!

they do not give two craps about the employees at all Worst company i ever worked for

the only good thing i can say My terminal was not too bad and everyone I worked with was awesome. the problems where not at the terminal level.

Spent 6+ yrs there I was local so it might not apply to you alls complaints
But I was actually treated well had 19 vac days 8 holidays paid a nice 401k program. Never an issue with my check, had early start times which I wanted, ran out of town every morning basically was local/regional ran a load out back to yard empty averaged about 55 hrs a week and made a nice living. Those 6 yrs made me near a 1/2 million dollars
Left me alone never heard from safety unless the peoplenet ratted me out for a couple mph over the speed limit. Only left because of #1 My dispatcher left for better opportunity and#2 The witch the promoted to Terminal manager and me and her didn't see eye to eye, she was clueless on how to treat or even communicate with a Driver. Been gone from there over 2 yrs now and hear she's still a terminal manager.
Very happy where I'm at now
