We never spoke on the phone but sure. Is there a reason why I would have to team for 6 months before taking over the dedicated route that was originally discussed over email.

Student Driver Agreement to Team​

As a student driver, I ____________________________________, understand that my employment with U.S. Xpress, Inc. will be contingent on my agreement to work as a team driver for a minimum of six months after upgrading to a first seat driver.
I also understand that I must also meet the following requirements in order to be considered for employment:​

I must have passed the Hazardous Materials Endorsement (HME) knowledge test for my commercial driver's license in my home state DMV office. I must have submitted Transportation Security Administration HME application and completed fingerprinting requirements. Upon completing my training program and upgrading to team status, I must have HME showing on my CDL. Failure to complete this step at the time of upgrade will result in
the termination of my employment with U.S. Xpress, Inc.
U.S. Xpress, Inc. will assist me in finding a team partner in my area if I have not arranged to team up with another driver prior to being employed. I understand that if a team partner cannot be found for me by U.S. Xpress, Inc. or if I am unwilling to drive as
a team for the required six months after my upgrade to first seat driver, my employment with U.S. Xpress, Inc. may be terminated.​

not what mine said probably your location...and usx does have one of the best team pays and y not 6months isnt that long...and you'd most likely make more than solo I heard an average 950$ take home for someone right out of school you cant beat that

I don't know where you heard that....but I haven't met any solo's getting that kind of pay.....I don't make that when I have a student on the truck and I get $20 a day for them.
