No I am still in a Mack. I was talking about my last truck. 2012 International that I got new as well.
This Mack has been much better 82K and not even a check engine light. -
yeah...I knew you got a new Mack.....have heard they are 'phasing' those out?
-
I think like 99% of us are still in Macks and Petes. But I hear we lost some good drivers around 5 years ago because of the old internationals.x1Heavy Thanks this.

My Volvo runs 1250 at 68 and pulls very well until you get over 40k on it. D13.
-
well...maybe I spoke too soon...after 41K miles in almost 4 months, it seems to be pulling ALOT better. Then again, this was 'made in Mexico'(true story)...now I need to get bed fixed, the stupid 'latch' keeps coming off and when I hit some bumpy road, bed folds up! GRRRR 'made in mexico'!
-
A bed that makes itself up? Coolyankatank Thanks this.

not anymore....turns out, there were a few nuts and bolts that weren't installed properly the first time...plus a few magnets weren't installed to hold the 'frame' down solid.Trucking in Tennessee Thanks this.

Macks are phased out almost all together, Everything in a mack nowdays is a volvo from engine to trans and all nothing left from old mack technology, you can literally take a VNL670 and swap part with a mack and Vise Versa, they do choose to run different electrical communications that way you have to buy 2 types of software that do essentially the same thing.
Mattflat362 Thanks this.
