Look for smaller non dac companies.

As long as you can drive. That's all they care.

I had the same problem when the economy crashed. And I'd have the same problem today if I wanted to back to otr.

Apparently local work isn't good enough for otr.

 

Check those two companies I posted. There's more I will post.
Don't go by what's on the websites about experience or experience OTR, because all I post do hire drivers in your situation.

Line haul companies drivers do drop & hook. By definition, they're not OTR though, but the pay is high and can reach $100G+.

Most Line haul companies are hiring like crazy right now.

The lady at Dutch Maid said they hire in all 48 states. Maybe just don't need Arizona drivers right now.

 

Knight in Phoenix will hire you. Knight also owns Swift and Kold Trans and they'll both take you.
I think Kold Trans has about 100 trucks.
