I know I'm late to the party here, but last I checked, OSHA requires all places of business to supply clean facilities to all employees and customers.
clubberLang Thanks this. -
We're not employees or customers. Do you have to let the plumber or other services you have to work on your house use your bathroom?
-
Osha regulations cover us while at shippers and receivers, doesn't matter if it's a dock or jobsite. Osha also sets the requirements for those same places to provide restroom facilities for their employees and customers. It wouldn't take a genius to make the argument for usto have to have access.

Not only do the links not say that we are covered as "employees", it doesn't say anything about customers. The last link says that OSHA doesn't even cover O/O. I guess they're SOL.
-
All I'm seeing on those links are employees. Nothing about customers, or more likely we would be outside contractors. Am I missing something?

Bathroom facilities laws will cover us just as soon as overtime regulations do as well.
