    Hey, just wanted to intro.

I'm in SoCal, have been driving for 25yrs Class A for 23yrs. Started at age 18 working the yard at a trash company, moved up to a residential route (waaaay before they had that big ole metal arm that would pick up the cans) then progressed to the front loaders.

At age 21+ I decieded to become an O/O. went to fort wayne In. and signed up for North American Van lines School, bought my first truck trough them 1985 frieght shaker Cab over single sleeper..leaf spring suspension all around.

Did the bed bugging thing for 8-9 months, money was there, but moving people wasent my thing. I transferred to thier freight div dry van....did that for a lil bit.....found it boring. So all the time I was on the road i'd see guys with Big ole sleepers driving for United Van lines, found out they were in the HVP Div.....figured thats what I gotta do....So signed on with them and bought myself a kenworth t600

HVP Div was fun, doing trade shows, special office moves, pay was really good, so did that for sometime.....

Well, I decided I wanted to be home more, So I signed on with Mcolisters United out of NJ. still in the HVP Div only running from thier werehouse in Santa fe springs to Az to Dallas back to AZ then back home once a week, and got me a kenworth w900 w/ studio sleeper

well went through a nasty divorce, and let it all go (no way was I gonna give her $2200 month, since she was with me on the road, judge saw it as a partnership, and I was "buying her out"

went to work locally. got it modified, to 10% of what I was paying her.

been driving locally for last 15yrs or so, fastforward to today, decided I want to get back into O/O position, hauled cars inside that high cube trailer I had, shoot, even built deck and stacked them, So looking to haul cars, I know the rates arent what they were, but with the set up im going with should be able to make it work (btw, was considering the Dodge Dually 3/4 trailer, but EVERYONE i've spoken to that started that way recomended NOT TO, ) So..probably the longest intro ever......HI
