I just spoke w/ a recruiter from Central. She told me that you average 3-4 weeks out with 1-2 weeks home. I asked if that was the norm, she said average. I also asked if she could put it in writing, she said she will try to find something in writing. Wow this seems to be twice as much hometime as most all other companies. Now for the truth, are there any Central drivers getting this much hometime?? I'm thinkin she's winkin:biggrin_25525:~Liteguy

NO NO NO NO NO NO NO

This is ABSOLUTELY not true. It is 3-4 weeks out and you earn one day home for each week out. For example:

Run 3 weeks, take 3 days off. Run 4 weeks, take 4 days off.

This is in writing and I know it because it was in my orientation packet from back in the day.

Also from what I hear on the Central thread, in the favorite section, drvrs have been having problems with getting home, when they requested it. Central has done away with paying you if they make you late so........there is no incentive for them to try and get you home.
