The thing is because there is no official DOT testing for hair the limits of what is positive and negative is left up to the company or the lab they have hired to conduct the testing. I honestly don't think you can dispute something where there is no standard like this. But I may be wrong. Everybody in these forums that has read my posts know I am a strong advocate of truthfulness and honesty. You came back negative on the urine test and positive on the hair test. A positive hair test does not cause a driver to undergo the SAP/Return to duty process so I would just be honest. I can only advise total honesty. It is just how I am.
Hey guys, please help I have a question about dac

Not in every circumstance. If like I said a driver is terminated because of a positive hair test this is the reason for the termination. A company is NOT opening themselves up to legal liability by revealing the reason for termination. I am friends with several people that work safety in several companies. I have asked them about this in regard to testing. ALL of them have revealed this information when asked by another company. Don't forget most companies will ask you to sign a release before they pull DAC or contact a previous employer. Once you sign that release you lose ALL your rights to privacy in regard to testing records.

HA. I think someone will want to build a sticky to ward off the constant questionings by those who claim never to do anything but have it enough to get into someone's hair.
I hate to be difficult, but if Pot is anywhere in a person's life that might be a CDL holder someday or is one currently that Pot has to be eliminated along with those that bring it from that life. Protect your CDL.
