Ok I'll try and answer some ...
TALKBACK is a way to hear what you are saying on morse code it is sometimes called sidetone.
ECHO is reverb added to your audio
ROGER BEEP is a end of transmision signal
SSBvsCB SSB is a mode CB is a band of frequencies Only SSB/AM are allowed on cb.
SWR is a measure of outgoing to returned power 1:1 is 0% back 2:1 is 10% back and 3:1 is 25% back
CO-PHASED is feeding more than one antenna
Start about page 11 ( http://download.qrz.ru/pub/hamradio/antenna/hy-gain/AV-12AVQ.pdf )
Linears and kickers are just illegal amps used to increaset power NO amp is alowed on CB.
BLEED OVER 2 causes one is a transmiter can be only so clean and receivers can reject only so strong a signal. -
The first three seem to be relativity useless items, I seem to recall never being able to hear though the echo.
-
Some radios have them built in and they are useless
-
I'd argue that talkback isn't totally useless, makes it easier to tell if you've got a mic cord going bad, or some other common failure.
-
When set conservatively they enhance the audio quality on any radio.
Wouldn't run a radio without it.
-
It is like processers I run one some don't like them Echo is not found on most ham radios PROCESSERS are ...
