Hey, Texas drivers....

    I got into a three day rut taking loads from Iowa Park down to Laredo and back. Three times. I 35 San Antonio, Austin, Fort Worth, back and forth three times in three days. The devil was jealous at the torture. I am pretty my brain is damaged now. Well, more than before.

    Even though it could take longer, I would run US281 from Wichita Falls to San Antonio and leave I35 to the crazys

    Houston and Atlanta ain't got nothin' on Jacksonville, FL! I was there once when they had a 'light' ice storm. Ever notice how many bridges Jacksonville has??? After watching the 5th car 'pinball' on a bridge, I just pulled over and waited for the ice to melt.....

    Yeah, lots of people from all over show up in the Basin and everybody still drives like they did back home. Combine that with the fact that the roads aren't big enough for all the traffic and you have the perfect recipe for a fustercluck even in good weather.
