Hey there! First week with a trainer done!

when you do the milk crate thing and you have to lift it on the top shelf, how tall is the top shelf? will I have to extend my arms over it till I can set it down or just get it sitting on the edge and then push it the rest of way?

 

Okay, and they don't care how you get it up there?

ive been practicing with 70lbs in a milk crate, I cant get it up off the ground with a overhand grip (whch I could get up to the 5ft~ shelf that way) but I can with a underhand grip, but cant get it up to the 5ft shelf that way. ive got some serious working out to do this week.

 

oh so you cant get it from underneath?

 

I think I found a technique to get it anyway. underhanded from the insides of the handle, and with the up momentum transfer it to outside overhand.
