Hey there, hi there, ho there!

Hey everyone,

New guy here to the forum. Got my Class A back in July. Ran into some personal problems and wasn't able to hit the road, but now I'm ready as i'll ever be! I've been around trucking all my life. My Gramps, Father, and Uncle all are big rig mechanics, so I grew up in it! Growing up I never thought I would find myself following the family footsteps. 27 years old now and I'm anxious to get on the road and get this career started. Can't wait to feel the freedom of the open road!

Well I'm waiting to hear back from Werner (yes I know, I've heard many things about them) if my driving record is good enough for them. I have a 100 mph ticket back from 2007 and another speeding ticket from 2009. ###### past but I've settled down a lot in the last couple years. Serious relationships end up doing that to you. I just hope they can look past those tickets and get me on the road as I don't know where to go if they deny me
