Hi everyone, thanks for all the info!

Pretty much everything you've said I've run through my decision making process at some point! So im glad to know im not to far off. whew..... I just checked into buying a house and my housing loan rates, I have good credit so they said I'll have available at around 3.74% locked in. I'm hoping to try and stay around 125k for house and property maybe 2-4acres. Doesnt have to be spectacular but its gonna be all mine. I just cannot wait to get into the truck and drive.

Its crazy, for me driving even though I do get pissed at other drivers is one of the few things I do that relax me. I'll let you know how I feel after 100k miles LOL. But in anycase the fact that I'm out and breathing in clean air and seeing new places is just about all I could ask for. I hope to have my reset at some cool places if at all possible. I'm not hard to please, I do have alot of stuff resting on myshoulders and hopefully I will be able to get everyone sorted and squared away. I'm trying to get my brother down here and driving with me. Would be great for him from his current situation. We will see how it all goes. I really can't thank you guys enough for taking the time to write me and give me all these pointers.
